Spiritual Business Coaching

Heal the founder.
Then build the empire.

Most coaches teach you tactics. Rogan O'Donnell first restores the soul beneath the strategy — so wealth becomes a byproduct of who you've become, not a mask for who you're avoiding.

The Core Pillars

How I Work

We shift the focus from "optimizing margins" to real-world execution and sustainable success.

I

Soul Architecture

True success requires structural integrity of the self. Before we map out your next career move or business goal, we audit your inner landscape. Using clinical precision and existential insight, we blueprint and rebuild the psychological foundation driving your daily decisions.

II

Real-World Execution

Inner work without external execution is just theory. With a career spanning from high-stakes real estate development to helping take a community bank public, Rogan knows what it takes to turn vision into reality. We don't just heal the past; we build your future.

III

Clinical Depth

As a counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health, Rogan offers a coaching environment that goes far beyond standard advice. He integrates trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to ensure your outward success becomes a byproduct of your personal growth, not a mask for what you are avoiding.

Who is Rogan

Rogan O'Donnell, MS
The Soul Architect

Rogan O'Donnell, MS, is a Soul Architect, seasoned entrepreneur, and clinical mentor who helps driven individuals build sustainable success by first mastering their inner landscape. He bridges the gap between real-world ambition and the soul, operating on a single truth: you have to heal the builder to build the life.

A Maine native with over three decades of lived recovery experience, Rogan's own transformation began at a sober house in college at 19 years old. Since then, his career has crossed worlds most coaches never see. He has spent decades in real estate development, sat on the board of directors that successfully took a New Jersey community bank public, and built organizations from the ground up. He has a razor-sharp understanding of what it takes to navigate high-pressure environments.

But Rogan's true differentiator is his clinical depth. Armed with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Husson University, he brings trauma-informed and existential approaches to his mentorship. He doesn't just help people hit their goals; he helps them dismantle the invisible psychological blocks driving their burnout and stress.

Rogan's commitment to human resilience extends far beyond 1:1 coaching. He is a fierce advocate for social change who has rebuilt hundreds of lives. In 2007, he founded New Foundation Recovery House in New Jersey helping hundreds of men from all walks of life rebuild. More recently, he founded Common Ground Friends, launching Maine's first licensed Intensive Outpatient Program within a homeless shelter and directed InhuMAINE, an award-nominated documentary exploring chronic homelessness and systemic failure in his hometown.

Today, Rogan offers his lived experience, clinical precision, and strategic acumen to anyone ready for the work beneath the work.

By Application

1:1 Mentorship: The Architect's Container

This is a comprehensive tear-down and rebuild of how you operate in the world. As your Soul Architect, Rogan works privately with individuals who have hit a ceiling—not because they lack drive, but because their internal foundation needs repair. We begin by auditing your inner landscape, identifying the unresolved narratives secretly driving your decisions. Once the inner architecture is stabilized, we pivot to actionable strategy, helping you move forward with absolute clarity and structural integrity.

Immersive Retreats: The Foundation Reset

You cannot rebuild the foundation while the house is still on fire. Rogan's immersive retreats act as a profound circuit-breaker for those who are burning out from the grind. These private, multi-day intensives pull you out of your daily environment to do the deep, trauma-informed work that simply cannot happen on a weekly Zoom call. You will step away from the noise, drop the mask, and engage in the intensive healing required to live and lead sustainably.
